Movember Madness: Anchorman and Moustache Competition

The Vic Theatre is putting on a Quote-Along screening of classic comedy Anchorman! Audience members are encouraged to break out of their glass cases of emotion by dressing up and quoting their favourite lines alongside Ron Burgundy and the Channel 4 News Team. With games, drinks, and a moustache contest, it’s the most fun you can have in a theatre.

Join us at the screening for Victoria’s 1^st Annual Moustache Competition. First place, as judged by an expert barber, receives a trophy naming them Victoria’s Best Moustache 2014, as well as a gift package courtesy of Sweeney Todd’s Barbershop. 2^nd and 3^rd place will also win prizes, so come support the stellar ‘staches on display.

To commemorate the occasion, The Vic will also be serving $7 (scotchy scotch) scotch, and $8 bourbon milkshakes. This time, milk is a good choice. Can’t grow a mo’ of your own? Play a game of ‘Pin the Moustache on the Queen’. 60% of the time, it works every time.

Tickets are $15 and $5 from every ticket will be donated to The Prostate Centre in Victoria. Get your tickets in advance, as sales are sure to escalate quickly. This is a 19+ event.
