Blues meets Boogie-woogie meets gospel means a no-holds barred show! Alan's show is grounded in the blues, but it's so much more. He throws in Appalachian style fiddling, some rip-it-up slide guitar, gospel boogie woogie on the piano, and more. CD "Queen of Hearts", saw two songs nominated for the Grammy long-list in 2010, including "Engagement Song". Featuring Alan�s latest CD �The Grand and The Small (2014)� where Alan's talented son and daughter join him on this album to create a blend of folk, blues and rock inspirations with dynamic vocals and brilliant musicianship.
