Learn to play darabuka rhythms from Turkey and the Middle East. Raquy is one of the world's best players and most sought out teachers in this style. She can help you to deepen your understanding of rhythm and playing technique. In a very short time, she can take your playing to the next level! 

Beginners are welcome and drums are provided. (You can bring your own drum, if you have one). Step-by-step, easy to follow instruction from a very experienced teacher. 

Cost is $45 per workshop or take both for just $69

The workshop is located at the UVic School of Music (just off Parking Lot "E)". The classroom is B016, in the lower level. There are signs indicating which way to go once you arrive in the School of Music. You can arrive a couple of minutes early to get set up.
