Ever seen Santa squeeze into an XXXXXL diving suit to go swimming with rockfish? Well...would you like to?

Merry Fishmas Day at the Shaw Ocean Discovery Centre aquarium in Sidney: Saturday, November 30th from 10am to 4:30pm

Scuba Santa will be featured in our showcase exhibit at 1pm with carolers singing nearby.

Fun for the whole family! This event will have a variety of activities for kids, including ornament making, fishprinting on wrapping paper, and a scavenger hunt for submerged ornaments in our exhibits. More info at http://www.oceandiscovery.ca/

We expect a big turnout of parents and/or grandparents with kids as the Sidney parade follows at 5pm.

All proceeds from the event benefit our not-for-profit marine education facility - the friendly face of marine science dedicated to teaching our community about the Salish Sea.
