The Vancouver Island chapter of the Juvenile Diabetes Research Foundation (JDRF) are excited to announce the family fun event Meet a Machine! Machines of all shapes and sizes will be available for you to meet up close and personal. Expect all your classic favourites such as fire engines, police vehicles, farm tractors, and motorcycles, as well as new and exciting machines like excavators, forestry and mining equipment! We welcome children of all ages to come discover and explore!
Proceeds from JDRF events like this are dedicated to improving lives today and tomorrow by accelerating life-changing breakthroughs to cure, prevent, and treat type one diabetes (T1D) and its complications.
