Please join us for a talk on medical relief for Syria. Dr. Saren Azer, president of the Canadian non-profit ISPHR, will talk about his volunteer work in a Syrian refugee camp and how the organizations campaign, Medical Hope for Syria is saving lives by sending urgently needed medical supplies. Since the start of the civil war in 2011, 100,000 people have been killed and there are over two and a half million refugees. The United Nations calls this the worst crisis since the Vietnam War. Admission is by donation with all proceeds going to provide medical supplies to Syrian refugee camps.
