MEC Victoria: Bike Maintenance 201 - Derailleurs

By the end of the clinic, participants will:

    Be able to tell when their derailleurs require an adjustment
    Be able to inspect their drivetrain and derailleurs
    Know how to make adjustments on their rear and front derailleurs
    Know when to take their bike to the MEC Bike Shop for derailleur repairs

Bike Maintenance 101 is suggested as prerequisite for this course.
 
All Bike Maintenance Clinics meet in the Cycling Department.

Bike Maintenance 201 clinics are designed for the more advanced cyclist who wants to learn how to work on their own bike. They are led by a mechanic, and are hands-on. A smaller class size will help to really get you involved and learn a new skill.
