McLaren Ave Block Party for Refugees

Everyone is welcome to this family-friendly community event that will feature a magic show performed by magician Derek Johnson (at 5 PM), a BBQ, beer garden, handmade cocktails, lemonade stand, iced coffee cafe, plant sale, face painting and a bouncy castle - all by donation.
The event is being hosted by the Salish Sea Refugee Sponsorship Group, a group of friends and neighbours working together to bring members of the Syrian refugee family to Victoria to join extended family already here.
