This 2-day sale shows off the prestige of golf course living and it’s pretty slick when you can practically get a hole-in-one from your back yard. The flagship feature is a 2010 CLUB CAR golf cart plus a top selection of clubs, bags and accessories. Other fitness equipment comes in the form of an elliptical fitness machine and there’s a huge walk-in closet full of sportswear for men and women. The resident gentleman was an accomplished wood carving artist and all of his crafting tools and accessories are perfect for this type of hobbyist. The condo is full of fine antique and contemporary furniture suites with seven recliners including a La-z-boy lift, along with some French Provincial. There are several large appliances, a portable air condition, FSTVs, computer equipment and a Lane chest. Our guy was also a musician who played a Roland 800 keyboard and REMO snare drum that comes with the stand. Art and collectibles include First Nations carvings and metal stenographs plus a whole display case full of crystal. The garage is filled with of all kinds of power and hand tools including a Simonize pressure washer, leaf blower, electric pruning shears and tons of pliers and wrenches. Outdoor furniture is high quality as well, and if you like to play some tunes while you’re gardening, there’s equipment for that, too.
