oin us in celebrating Marlyn Horsdal�s debut novel Sweetness from Ashes. Guest readings by Ann Eriksson (Falling from Grace) and Margaret Thompson (Adrift on the Ark). Sometimes it is those moments in life that we push hardest against that bring us closer together. Set partially in Vancouver, partially in rural Ontario and partially in West Africa, Sweetness from Ashes is a vibrant novel about family in its various forms.
