We are happy to announce we will be hosting our Maritime Mondays this summer. These are children's events involving stories, activities, and crafts related to maritime heritage, ocean protection, and cultural education centered on the West Coast of Vancouver Island and the Barkley Sound.
In order to remain COVID compliant, we are limiting the number of children indoors and moving outdoors (weather dependent) when we have reached our capacity of 4 in the lighthouse, in order to maintain social distancing. Additionally, we are sanitizing and pre-packing craft supplies for each child to ensure sanitary supplies are being used and not shared.
The themes are as follows: July 13 Ocean Mysteries July 20 Dive Day July 27 Scavenger Hunt August 3 Tugboat Day August 10 Ocean Protection August 17 Flag Day August 24 Paint the Pier
