with community facilitator Cedar Waslewski and Comox Valley Art Gallery

This fun and active play-shop provides “girl” identified humans aged 9 to 12 a chance to explore creative movement, dance and expressive art making together, within the Comox Valley Art Gallery.

Using images of trees and the forests along with fun body centered exercises, girls will have the opportunity to connect deeper into a healthy sense of self and belonging while cultivating their own unique and authentic voice.

Artist Nicole Crouch will be facilitating art making as part of the workshop.

Dance or art experience not required.

Wear comfy clothes that are good to dance and make art in.

Pre-registration is required.
