Mad Caddies are back in Victoria after an unforgettable Victoria Ska Festival performance in July 2013. They are coming this time with a new album which saw them go into the music think tank for almost five years!
The band will be joined by Clarkson, Ontario's IllScarlett for a performance on February 11th, 2014, at Club 9ONE9 in Victoria BC. This show will be one of several leading up to Victoria's 15th Anniversary Ska Festival in July 2014.

The Mad Caddies are a 7 piece reggae and dixieland jazz influenced softcore punk-rock band from Santa Barbara, California. Their style infuses ska, punk, reggae, jazz, rockabilly, swing, country, and New Orleans ragtime seamlessly, with limitless possibilities. Having been around for nearly two decades and played on countless tours with almost any punk band you can think of, the Mad Caddies are the cream of the crop for new school punk bands. The band last rocked the stage in Victoria for Victoria�s 14th Annual Ska Festival in July of 2013, and have since been working on a brand new album, which will by the time of this concert be released, sure to be their greatest album yet!

Formed in 2001, Clarkson, Ontario�s IllScarlett is a ska-pop-punk foursome who pack the house everywhere they play. Influenced by California ska-pop pioneers Sublime, the band attracted attention in 2004 when it played via generator to people waiting in line to gain entry to the Vans Warped Tour. This caught the eye of promoters, who invited the band to play for the following two years. The band released an independent album, before being signed to a major label, Sony BMG. Since then, the band has been flying high, having played or toured with The All-American Rejects, Cypress Hill, Billy Talent, Buckcherry, Yellowcard, Pepper, Badfish, Pepper,Goldfinger, Swollen Members, Gnarls Barkley,Dropkick Murphy's, and more. IllScarlett hasn�t played in Victoria since 2009, and their return is much anticipated!

Together these exciting acts will provide a full evening of entertainment with a diverse fusion of genres and musical styles that will be remembered for years to come.
