Born in the Netherlands, Soleil Mannion's formative years were spent in Vancouver, BC. Her travels through the dramatic landscapes and seascapes of the Pacific coast awakened her artistic insight and personal aesthetic.

Soleil began mounting solo exhibitions in 2005. Her work can be viewed at Sooke Harbour House, Brentwood College School, The Gallery at Mattick Farm and her home studio in Mill Bay.

"Lux Mundi" is a series of paintings capturing the beautiful landscapes surrounding Soleil's travels. Landscapes are a constant inspiration. If there is ever a need to breath out, Soleil steps outside to take in the nature around her.
