Wendy Stofer and Jane Edler-Davis will perform music for piano 4-hands at Christ Church Cathedral’s Friday lunchtime concert series. They’ve delved into their collection of 4-hand piano music and have had fun putting together this lunchtime programme of audience pleasing music by Moritz Moszkowski, Erik Satie, Antonin Dvorak, Johannes Brahms and Arvo Part.
As busy freelance accompanists, Jane and Wendy regularly perform with soloists and choirs. They have both received the BC Choral Federation’s Joyce O Maguire Award for long term service as choral accompanists. Together, Wendy and Jane have performed with the Victoria Choral Society, the Linden Singers, CapriCCio Vocal Ensemble and Ballet Victoria. In April they will again perform with the Victoria Choral Society, this time as part of VCS’ 80th anniversary concert at UVic’s Farquhar Auditorium.
