About the facilitator:
Stephanie Ritchie is the Senior Advisor Partner of Employee Benefits for Integrated Benefits Solutions for the past 10 years and primarily works with non-profit Community Services organizations. She understands the challenges of working in this sector as she was a Resident Care Attendant (RCA) with Gorge Road Hospital, elderly home support and nursing homes for 5 years.
Subsequently Stephanie has built many relationships with Victoria’s Executive Directors of the Community Services sector, providing them with Employee Benefit solutions designed around this sector funding limitations at the same time providing best in class Employee Benefits.
