Healthy soil means healthy plants that produce more delicious food!
A garden that feeds us year around must be fed. Improving the soil, increasing and maintaining fertility, and supporting soil life is one of the gardener’s most important tasks. This workshop is offered in a classroom setting at Lake Trail Community Middle School. You will learn how to build healthy soil to support healthy plants that produce more delicious food!
*** This is a repeat of the popular February 10th workshop: Soil & Fertility: Preparing the Garden for the Year Around Harvest
