In 2014, Shelley Reid (recently retired RBCM Registrar) enjoyed a tour of Alaska and the Yukon, truly the last frontiers of North America. Shelley will share the experiences she had on a variety of expeditions including the Alaskan Railroad into Denali National Park, a sternwheeler cruise on the Chena River and a boat cruise through Prince William Sound. Come and enjoy sights of wildlife on land and sea including grizzly bears, caribou and humpback whales. Urban highlights will include Anchorage, Fairbanks, Dawson City, Whitehorse and the metropolis of Chicken, Alaska (population 17)!
