The Esquimalt 5K with 1K Kid's Fun Run on Saturday, April 8th, 2017 presented by LifeMark Health - a division of Centric Health and hosted by Esquimalt Parks & Recreation. The event is known as the most scenic 5K in the region journeying through Saxe and Macaulay Point Parks.

The event attracts all levels: walkers to elites and includes chip timing, a healthy living marketplace, refreshments and coffee, mini-massage treatments (limited quantities available, please sign up at event), and children's corner with face painting and balloon animals.
