It all starts Saturday with the Rotary Pancake Breaky at the Credit Union parking lot.
This starts at 8am followed by the Citizen of the Year presentation at the same place at 10 am. The Kinsmen Parade kicks off right after that and proceeds along First Ave to the Aggie Field where 49th Parallel Grocery is again hosting their kids and families activities.
Saturday, at supper, the Kinsmen are putting on a "rib fest" at the Transfer Beach Amphitheatre and the Ladysmith Days folks are having a dance and entertainment at the Amphitheatre.
On Sunday, Aug. 6th it's all at Transfer Beach!!! Starting with the LDCU Kids Zone all day and entertainment all day in the Amphitheatre. Zucchini races, greasy pole climb, nail driving... it's all here. Winding up with the totally amazing LDCU fireworks at dusk from the harbour!!!
