Experience the colourful sounds of Traditional Mariachi music! This Cinco de Mayo come celebrate the magnificent music of Mexico with the 3rd Canadian International Mariachi Festival. La Caba�a de Marcos of Courtenay BC is pleased to bring you a night of culture and a taste of traditional Mexico.
At the 3rd CANADA INTERNATIONAL MARIACHI FESTIVAL, you'll discover your favorite song, while you sway to the sounds of Mariachi. When summoning up thoughts of Mexico, the image of strolling mariachis goes hand-in-hand with culture and tradition. Picturesque visions of musicians, clad in stunning "charro" suits and hats will float in front of your minds eye and while you can hear the guitars, violins, bass and trumpets. At intermission enjoy traditional Mexican food with a glass of your favorite beverage. Whether you are one who has never had a truly Mexican experience of Mexico, or are one whose fond memories of this warm land are already wrapped up in the melodies of mariachi, we invite you to enjoy their crisp, vivid and sweet sounds at the 3rd CANADA INTERNATIONAL MARIACHI FESTIVAL."
