7:00 am - 10:00 am – Breakfast - Pancakes, Sausages, Juice, Coffee, Tea
7:00 am – 10:00 am - Muffins and Coffee (available at the Pie & Ice Cream Booth)
8:00 am - Inside & Outside Sales Open
10:00 am - 2:00 pm – Homemade Pie & Ice Cream
10:00 am - 2:00 pm - Lunch – Hamburgers + Hot Dogs + Vegetarian Chili
2:00 pm - Fair Closes

a Huge Garage Sale Inside and Outside with a large variety of Household Items & Collectibles – Small Furniture – Sporting Goods – Men’s Clothing - Women's Clothing & Accessories – Jewellery – Children's Clothing & Toys – Books - Linens - Christmas Decorations - Craft Items – Plants - Fresh Farm Produce - & a Quality Corner of Special Treasures... all at great, bargain prices.
Don’t miss our: large Silent Auction - fun-filled KidZone (including a Bouncy Castle with a basketball hoop for 2-5 year olds) and Live Entertainment throughout the day.
For our hungry visitors, we offer: Breakfast + Lunch, Muffins +Homemade Pie & Ice Cream – Home-Baking + a Cookie Walk, Popcorn + DQ Dilly Bars.
We are pleased that the Rotary Club of Parksville A.M. will be running the Breakfast and Lunch Concession again this year. The proceeds of this booth will go to support some of the Rotary Local and International Humanitarian Projects.
Free Parking is available at Ballenas SS with a Free Shuttle Service to Knox. Parking on-site is available for those with handicapped parking signs and parents with children in car seats. If you park on the street, please be considerate of our neighbours' personal properties and driveways.
No family pets please. Guide dogs are welcome.
We appreciate donations from the local community. To arrange for pick up and drop off of these donations, please call Anne George (250-752-2787) until Aug. 30 and Allen Brown (250-586-7080) from Aug. 30 to Sept.14. Please do not drop off your donations directly to the church until Sept. 10 to Sept. 14 between 9 am t0 4 pm.
Knox strives to be an Environmentally-Friendly Facility. For example; we serve only Fair Trade Tea and Coffee and do not use bottled Water at church functions. In the same spirit, please bring your own Shopping Bags, if possible.We also endeavour to be a scent-free facility. Your cooperation is most apprecciated.

NOTE:
The funds raised at this Annual Fall Fair help Knox respond to the needs of our local and global community: by offering low cost or free rental of our facility to community groups such as Alcoholics Anonymous, Overeaters Anonymous and Rainbows; by providing services to the whole community with programs such as Care Home Worship Services, Grief Support Group, Healing Ministry, In This Together Mental Health Support Group, and by donating goods and funds to Oceanside groups such as Manna Homeless Society, Salvation Army, Forward House, Springwood School Bagel cafe, Diabetes Association and SOS.
