Fair Timelines
7:30 - 10 am – Breakfast - Pancakes, Sausages, Juice, Coffee, Tea & Muffins
8 am - Inside & Outside Sales Open
10 am - 2 pm - Shortcake Tea Booth Opens
10:30 am - 2 pm - BBQ Lunch – Hamburgers, Hot Dogs & a Vegetarian Option
2 pm - Fair Closes

This immense Family Fair includes: a Huge Garage Sale Inside and Outside with an enormous variety of Household Items & Collectibles – Small Furniture – Sporting Goods – Women's Clothing & Accessories – Jewellery – Children's Clothing & Toys - Books - Linens - Christmas Decorations - Craft Items – Plants and a Quality Corner of Special Treasures, all at bargain prices. We also offer: a Silent Auction - Healing Ministry (Mini Healing Sessions) - Home Baking - Cookie Walk – Farm Fresh Produce - Popcorn - DQ Dilly Bars - a fun-filled KidZone + Live Entertainment throughout the day.

Enjoy Free Admission and Free Parking at Ballenas SS with a Free Shuttle Service to Knox. Parking on-site is available for those with handicapped parking signs and parents with children in car seats. Please Note: In the past we have had complaints from our neighbours that some patrons have blocked the access to their personal properties and driveways. If you park on the street, please be considerate of these concerns.

No pets please – Guide dogs are welcome.

Knox welcomes local Community Garage Sale Donations. For Donation pick-ups please call 250-752-2787.

Knox strives to be an Environmentally-Friendly Facility. For example; we serve only Fair Trade Coffee and do not use Bottled Water at church functions. In the same spirit, please bring your own Shopping Bags, if possible. Knox also endeavours to be a Scent-Free Facility. Your cooperation is much appreciated.

NOTE: The funds raised at this Annual Fall Fair help Knox respond to the needs of our local and global community: by offering low cost or free rental of our facility to community groups such as Alcoholics Anonymous and Rainbows; by providing services to the whole community with programs such as Care Home Worship Services, Grief Support Group and Healing Ministry, and by donating goods and funds to Oceanside groups and beyond such as First United Church (Vancouver), Manna Homeless Society, Salvation Army and SOS. Recently we were proud to present the 2015 Fall Fair Community Gift Donation to the Nanaimo and District Hospital Fundraiser in support of purchasing a new Ultra Sound Machine for the Oceanside Health Centre in Parksville.
