Kidz SLAM is an active Leadership camp for kids which teaches kidz aged 6-12 some great life skills through active games and challenges. Some of the key skills we focus on are �TEAMWORK, COMMUNICATION, PLANNING, NEGOTIATION AND COMPROMISE, VISION, and PERSISTENCE AND DETERMINATION.�

At the camp they get split into groups and they work together at various tasks and activities and earn points for the challenges they win; the points then equate to how many �WATER BOMBS� they get at the end of the week for the big water bomb fight! This way they HAVE to work together and help each other out because they want to achieve a common goal ie: have loads of ammo for the water fight!

We also use the police, fire departments and local sports personalities who come along during lunchtime to give a talk to the kidz so they can understand what leadership means in the community and to help them understand what being a good leader really means. This way it helps them to solidify the lessons we are teaching them on a daily basis. Basically we teach tomorrow�s leaders today!
