Breast Cancer is a disease that affects one in eight women in Canada. Skydive Vancouver Islands very own Manifest person Allison is a breast cancer survivor, so when the opportunity came to support the Angels Abreast Dragon Boat team we figured it was a great idea. The Angels Abreast are a Breast Cancer survivor team from Ladysmith, Nanaimo, Parksville and Port Alberni. Through paddling and local fundraisers the team helps to rehabilitate and strengthen survivors and at the same time support local Breast Cancer initiatives.

For the Jump for a Cure Weekend Skydive Vancouver Island will make a donation from every Tandem skydive done that weekend to the Angels Abreast Dragon Boat Team.

Your tandem skydive will include pictures and video as well as a commemerative tshirt for $400. Register in advance to reserve your spot. Jumping will be June 19th to 21st. Register in advance as there will be limited space available.

Be prepared to be at the Drop Zone for 3 hours, and wear comfortable clothing and running shoes.

Men must be under 220 pounds and Women under 200 pounds. You must weigh more then 90 pounds. You must fit the harness.

Skydivers under 18 require signed Parental Consent in person.
