This particular 2-day sale brings a sense of urgency in that the new owners have decided to move in early and many carefully packed boxes as yet remain sealed. The shortened time line means we must forego pricing the majority of the inventory to leave the cost up to reasonable negotiation on site. The vintage hi-fi, dressers and maple dining set are fantastic indicators that the unpacked estate items will be of comparable value and collectibility.
