Bert, a jack-of-all-trades including chimney sweep, introduces us to England in 1910 and the troubled Banks family. Using a combination of magic and common sense, the delightful Mary Poppins must teach the family how to value each other again. Based on the books by P.L. Travers and the classic Walt Disney film, Mary Poppins includes a score filled with timeless classics such as “A Spoonful of Sugar”, “Step in Time” and “Supercalifragilisticexpialidocious.”
Our Thursday evening opening show will be supporting a Nanaimo Christian School family in need.
