John Bell of the Iona Community returns for two sessions, one at First Metropolitan United and the second at Christ Church Cathedral. On October 22 John will lead a session entitled: A Big Sing: Songs of Protest, Prayer and Praise. 'The song of the church has never consisted either simply of sweet melodies or of loud songs. It has always been a mixture to cover the eventualities of life, the passions of faith, the realities of the world.'
