Monday, April 14th, 7-9pm, Jacqueline Windh Book Launch & Slide Show: The People from the End of the Earth
Photographer, best-selling author, and world traveler Jacqueline Windh will present a slide show about the southernmost indigenous people in the world - who are also the most endangered indigenous people in the world - the Yag�n of southern Patagonia. Join Jackie for a presentation that includes images of a South American landscape that is surprisingly like coastal BC, as well as readings from �I want to tell you a story,� a book of tales from the last Yag�n person remaining today, which Jackie translated to English.
