Hear Dr. Paul Kamill, retired physician, and Dr. Oscar Clemotte, VIU philosophy professor, debate the ethics of doctor assisted suicide, and join in on their discussion. Dr. Laura Shanner, researcher and consultant in health care ethics, will be moderating.
This is the first talk in a two-part lecture series on doctor assisted suicide. The second, "How Should We Move Forward?," will take place on April 21st (same time, same place). Dr. Laura Shanner will discuss who should or should not quality for doctor assisted suicide.
