Learning to be joyful, optimistic, mindful, and intentional in our lives are skills most of us don't  acquire  through conventional education and yet current research proves that both adults and children who have these attributes are more likely to be happy, healthy, and successful. A single  session to introduce you to types of mindful meditation that can be easily integrated into your day. Goals of stress reduction and improved health. We will explore breath, focus, "the gap" and the science proving that people who meditate lead happier, more productive, more fulfilling lives.
