Prepare to embark on a dark, mysterious journey to discover what really happens after happily ever after. Urban Arts Productions and the Maritime Museum of British Columbia reunite to bring Stephen Sondheim�s beloved��Tony Award�-winning musical�INTO THE WOODS to Victoria audiences this summer.

Filled with soaring melodies by Stephen Sondheim,�the master of modern American musical theatre,�Into the Woods�is a spellbinding musical filled with�romance,�magic�and the unexpected�consequences�of dreams that come true, and dreams that become shattered.

Into The Woods is a bold, exciting musical that breaks boundaries, challenges audiences, and invites audiences to experience their childhood fairy tales in a brand new light. Urban Art�s is excited to be bringing this captivating musical to Victoria audiences for the summer season, staging it in the original Supreme Courtroom of British Columbia. Urban Arts breaks theatre conventions with having no traditional set, and where the action of the story will happen all around you. Characters come to life and interact in alarming ways - it is a journey of happiness, marriage, birth, and death flashing before your very eyes.
