Saturday, March 8th, 1-2pm, Int�l Women�s Day One Billion Rising�Rise For Justice
come dance, release and rise up at 1 PM at Char's Landing-claim your space in the world. In cooperation with A.C.A.W.S. celebrate IWD with us by dancing for an hour. Sponsored by Art Matters Society we will have The List of 4,000 names of women and children murdered or missing in Canada from Gwynne Hunt's book--Rampage; the pathology of an epidemic.. Social Justice posters from a 2013 event will also be on display and current contact info from ACAWS for women in trouble or seeking shelter.
