As part of the April is Daffodil Month campaign for the Canadian Cancer Society, we invite you to Victoria's first ever Daffodil Tea and Fashion Show at the Inn at Laurel Point.

In the 1950�s, Canadian Cancer Society volunteers in Toronto began using daffodils to decorate tables at fundraising events which eventually became known as daffodil teas. Over the years, the daffodil became an icon of the Canadian Cancer Society and the teas eventually evolved into celebrating the month of April as Daffodil Month. Victoria has always held the reputation of the place to go for High Tea and is a perfect location to re-introduce a fundraising Daffodil Tea.

This special event will include tea service, a tea tasting and presentation from Silk Road, Spring fashions modeled by local cancer survivors AND a cake auction with creations by some of BC's voted best cake artists!
Come join us after the TC 10K for an inspirational afternoon to help raise funds in support of the Canadian Cancer Society�s mission of cancer research, cancer prevention and support programs for those facing cancer. Your support will help us raise awareness and continue our mission to eradicate cancer and enhance the quality of life of those living with cancer.
