On March 27, the Global Learning Initiative presents a screening of 'In Transition 2.0', an inspirational film that tells the stories of ordinary people doing extraordinary things. The screening will be held in the Stan Hagen Theatre at the Comox Valley campus, and begins at 7 pm.

'In Transition 2.0' tells a story of hope, ingenuity and the power of the Transition movement. It explores the global idea about responding to uncertain times with solutions and optimism. As reviewer Caspar Walsh wrote in Positive News, "In Transition 2.0 takes the viewer through an emotional journey that effectively charts the evolution of the movement from its humble origins in Kinsale, Ireland, to an international movement that now attracts the attention of politicians and world leaders."

Admission is by donation to NIC's Global Learning Initiative.
