If I Can Do It, You Can Do It with Steve Bertrand Come and learn more about overcoming obstacles as a person with disability. Speaker: Mr. Steve Bertrand Steve Bertrand was born in Edmonton and has been living in Victoria for the last 29 years. Born 3 months premature Causing Cerebral Palsy he has achieved a lot in this lifetime.
He played many different wheelchair sports; such as, basketball, rugby, tennis and curling. He has a diploma in Business Administration from Sprott-Shaw. He works full-time providing tech support for an online marketing and web-design company. He also has his own side business where he assesses businesses to help with accessibility. He does keynote presentations. He is a member of the Accessibility Working Group, through the City of Victoria. He races cars and practices the Martial Art Aikido.
