HR practitioners gather to top up their knowledge, share successes and lessons-learned, and take-away practical tips, tools and techniques. The topic for this session is an open format. Participants are encouraged to bring real-life HR-related scenarios, challenges/questions and/or best-practices that they would like to share and/or see discussed by the group. The Roundtable Leader will guide the dialogue and encourage participation.
Topic and facilitator Information: Shift disturbers: Disruptive Innovation in the New Economy
In this session, we will explore the importance of organizational innovation and skills and attitudes and behaviours that workplace innovators should develop to be successful. The session will also discuss some of the emerging innovation tools and processes that you can immediately apply in your organization.
Facilitator: Tammy Dewar is a partner at Calliope Learning with her husband Dave Whittington. Their consulting company specializes in leadership and team development, executive and team coaching, and whole systems facilitation and coaching.
Metered parking is available on the street or paid parking is available at the Broughton Street Parkade.
