This one hour lecture will help you understand what a typical jury process looks like and what the jurors are looking for when you submit your work for any kind of adjudication.

This class will talk about all shows but with a focus on Coast Collective. Carol will give guidelines for selecting your work, what a juror is looking for and what they never want to see. Question and answer period follows the lecture. Bring a note pad and learn the secret to success in being accepted into shows and galleries.

Carol will cover

– how to get a decent photograph with minimal equipment;

– methods and guidelines on pricing your work;

– copyright laws;

– standards for framing;

– the pitfalls of using source material not made by yourself.
