add to outlook add to google calendar remind me
Separation is an uncertain and upsetting time for families. The creation of a well thought out separation parenting plan can begin to bring back predictability, consistency and stability for your children. But where to start?!
WHAT YOU WILL LEARN
This workshop is intended to provide you with practical information and hands-on learning opportunities. During the workshop you will begin to identify what will be important for you and your children when it comes to creating your Separation Parenting Plan. You will leave feeling prepared to begin the discussion with your ex-partner about a parenting plan that puts your children’s best interest first. You will feel ready to take on this next chapter of your life, moving forward as the best co-parent you can be. Whether you are using a lawyer or a mediator for your separation, doing this pre-work will save you valuable time and money because you will come prepared rather than starting from scratch.
In this workshop you will have direct access to a Qualified Family Dispute Resolution Professional to ask questions, get connected with resources and get clarification on next steps
. Note: Lori Frank is not a lawyer and cannot provide legal advice.
WHO SHOULD ATTEND Any parent who is separated or considering separation and needs to create a parenting plan. Ex-partners are welcome to attend together if they feel they are in a place where they can amicably participate together, a discount is offered to ex-partners who register to attend together. You do not need to attend this workshop with your ex-partner. It is intended for you to begin thinking about what will be important to be included in your parenting plan so that when the time comes you will be prepared for the conversation with your ex that will lead to the development of your Separation Parenting Plan. Light refreshments included.
