This presentation informs participants about Hospice and Palliative Care and how Nanaimo Community Hospice serves our community.
It gives answers to the following questions: What do we mean by hospice/palliative care? When and how can hospice/palliative care support you and your family?
It is an opportunity to learn about Nanaimo Community Hospice's many programs and services and have an opportunity to ask questions and participate in discussion. This presentation has been developed for people who have limited understanding or knowledge about Nanaimo Hospice and hospice/palliative care in general.
