Kick off your New Year’s Eve celebrations with a favorite Scottish drink: whiskey!
Hogmanay is traditionally a much bigger holiday celebration in Scotland than Christmas, and Craigdarroch honours that tradition with this event.
5 whiskeys will be tasted “blind” so that everyone can discover for themselves, without bias, what kind of whiskey they prefer. A great event for aficionados and amateurs alike, come and learn something about your tastebuds all while supporting Craigdarroch Castle.
After tasting all 5, guests will vote by a show of hands for their favorite whiskey…finally all will be revealed after the vote.
Doors open at 5:30, tasting begins at 6.
Please note that this is not a drop-in event.
Ages 19+
Tasting notes will be provided to take home.
