The Head of the Gorge boasts a 4.5 kilometre challenge and a spectacle for spectators as crews make their way down the Gorge Waterway.  Known for its unique layout, Head of the Gorge features a sprint to the Tillicum Narrows, where space is limited to room for just a single boat to pass through at a time.  

Esquimalt’s Gorge Park will remain open to the public during the event; however, parking will not be available after 3:00 p.m. on Friday, October 24th until the event wraps up on Sunday, October 26th.

Additional parking is available at the Craigflower Farmhouse Lot.
