Harvest Family Barn Dance and Fundraiser

This Harvest Barn Dance is also a fundraiser for nine talented youth who have invited to a fiddle event in Whitehorse. In addition to the barn dance, there will be a few prizes and treats. This is not a square dance and a partner is not necessary. All dances will be taught in circle and line formations.
Enjoyable for students, seniors, singles, couples, grandparents and families young and old. After the last dance one person exclaimed, "This is the most fun I have had in years!"
People who prefer not to dance are welcome to sit back and enjoy an evening of live toe-tappin' Canadian fiddle music. A few local youth will be fiddling in the band in support of this fundraising event.
$5 per person at the door. Children under 5 are FREE.
This is a non-alcohol event. Bring a water bottle and a smile.
People who wear something western will receive a friendly shout out from the fiddle band. This is a perfect evening to celebrate a family birthday or special anniversary.
Doors open at 6:30 pm and dance begins promptly at 7:00 pm and ends at 9:00 or 9:30. The last hour will feature more challenging dances and patterns not suitable to wee ones.
