Courtenay Recreation in partnership with the Downtown Courtenay Business Improvement Association offers a howling good time at the annual children’s Halloween Party on Thursday, October 31. This free event is for children 11 years and younger with a caregiver.
The fun starts with events on Duncan Avenue at 3:00 p.m. and continues through to trick or treating downtown and a party at the Lewis Centre.
