Courtenay Recreation offers a howling good time at the annual children’s Halloween Parade and Party on Tuesday, October 31. This free event is for children 11 years and younger with a caregiver.
From 4:00 to 4:45 pm, parade through Downtown Courtenay and collect treats along the way. Drivers, please be patient and alert while hundreds of small costumed characters walk around Downtown Courtenay.
At 4:45 pm, head over to the Lewis Centre for a party featuring Halloween carnival games with prizes.
