The GutBuster Mt.Washington race is an approximately 6km run up to the top of Mt. Washington (1588m!) with 505m of elevation gain and back down to the Alpine Lodge. The race starts beside the Alpine Lodge and steadily climbs throughout as you cross the mountain back and forth. Once above the treeline you’ll be treated to some unbelievable views of the Comox Valley & Strathcona Park. Once at the top we bring you back down gently on some fun single track. Definitely the most scenic and rewarding race in the series.
