Take a walk through history on one of the tours offered as part of the Cumberland Museum and Archives spring and summer guided tour series. Five distinct tours take place on several dates between May and August. Beat the Summer Heat!
Approximately 1 1/2 hours long, our guided museum tour focus on the various aspects of the community including emergency services, hospitals and health, schools, ethnic communities, local businesses, and labour history.
On the lower level you will learn about Cumberland's coal mining and other local industries, and walk through our famed replica coal mine. Guests will receive a 'behind the scenes' glimpse into our archives and artifacts storage.
