Gotta Serve Somebody is an original play, written, designed, produced and performed by the grades 11 & 12 acting class at G.I.S.S. Drawing all inspiration from the legendary singer-songwriter, Bob Dylan, we follow the protagonist as he journeys from his hometown, through the carnival to the city, acquainting himself with many characters along the way. Gotta Serve Somebody is a story of authenticity, transformation, fame and artistic expression. The production features original compositions and interpretations of various Bob Dylan songs.
The show will be opened by two drama productions by the grades nine and ten class.
