There is no ignoring the impact that legalization of recreational marijuana will have on your workplace. In this workshop, we will discuss the various implications that need to be considered, the decisions that need to be made and the strategies that you will need going forward. The morning session will share case law, resources and tools that will assist in the development of relevant policy and the afternoon will be a deep dive into your relevant policies so that you leave with a draft policy in hand.
