Garden Party to Celebrate Queen Elizabeth II's 90th Birthday

The Honourable Judith Guichon, Lieutenant Governor of British Columbia, will host a public garden party to celebrate Her Majesty Queen Elizabeth II’s 90th birthday.
Her Majesty’s actual birthday is April 21, but it is traditional to host the public celebration in the month of June. The Lieutenant Governor will welcome members of the public on the east lawn to enjoy music and tea service. There will be musical entertainment by the Naden Band of the Royal Canadian Navy and the Cary Castle Pipers. A craft area will be set-up for children to make their own crowns.
This free event is open to everyone. In the spirit of the occasion, guests are encouraged to wear their hats and gloves.
